Firepit🔥. Grassy areas and space for pets to run. Its an Unfenced lot. Pet-safe fence and collar included and available for use. I have a 100ft dog run wire to connect to with 10ft leash if your uncomfortable with no fence or a pet safe fence. Im on .68 Acres of unfenced land. And surrounded by another acre of canal and creek with wetlands surrounding me. Cameras and security lighting. * Please note that prices are in USD because it’s an American based company that I’m using to post my property. Our fully fenced in spot established in Fall 2024 is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. One of my neighbours has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. The second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use - this is where you’ll find extra poop bags and bug repellent, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog treats on the picnic table, dog treats, and toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also fresh drinking water for your dog(s) with a hose nearby to refill the bowl, and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. Please note that there is a neighbour dog who is out in his fenced in yard. Also, I am able to put my chickens in the coop before you come. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas to improve our spot via chat. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark at them. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. Free wifi available ~ the password will be given when you book your visit. My goal is to have my setup better and better each time you come, so I welcome your feedback and suggestions! Private 1 acre backyard with 1/4 acre pond and beach area for swimming and fully fenced 1 acre front yard for playing. To keep pond clean and swimmable we use manual removal of seaweed and leaves, beneficial bacteria, barley straw, pond dye and two aerators. Setback off road in the woods for peace and quiet, no neighbors or any other people.

There is a natural walking path (not maintained) down to the Sydenham River (off site but adjacent to our property). Inside the farm store are amenities for owners, our naturally raised beef, lamb and chicken available for purchase ++ NON-SMOKED NATURAL DOG BONES! IN ALL SIZES! We kindly ask you pickup after your pet, and ask that (if possible) you make a purchase in our farm store so we can keep our rates for the dog park low! Pet owners assume all liability, and aggressive or misbehaving dogs will be asked to leave. Most of the time, you will have the space to yourself! This is a half acre, fully fenced in backyard. There is a separate entrance to the backyard for easy entry. You can have the back yard private for you and your pups or if they want a friend, I have a fully vaccinated golden doodle and she loves to play. If not, she is fine staying inside. Your dog(s) will have a fun and safe place to play!

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 1 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

The bridge across the stream has been built. The trail around the top field is around the outside. Connecting to the bottom field with short path across the stream. The bottom field follows the river for 2000ft. Bring your pup and your hiking shoes.
