Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away on July 25, 2025 and enjoyed this property with family dogs his entire life. He is the last one and we are at an age now where we probably won't be getting another dog; so, we want others to enjoy the land. Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about a three mile walk / run.

My back yard is still open for some dog fun if you're ok with that.* Large fenced yard on the corner of Thompson & Sunset. Seating, toys, water, treats and off street parking. Park in my driveway on Sunset by the garage. I do like to greet my guests and quick show you around. There may be people that are walking/riding bikes on the side street. Some may be walking their dog. If your dog is more sensitive my spot may not be right for you. I also have my own dog that may bark sometimes from within my home. He is pretty good and friendly. I have an in ground pool being a pain in the bum right now so not open for any swimming right now.
