Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

The front half of our private home yard is fenced. Sometimes when you’re traveling, you just want to let your dog out to roam freely. We are 3.5 miles from 89 exit 12 and 3 miles from 89 exit 11 easy parking in our driveway and enter through the front of the gate to play and poop! Pooper scooper is located on the side of the deck. Will be adding a trash barrel if there seems to be any interest in area, for now poop is tossed over fence into woods. We do have two French bulldogs that are often home inside that would be able to see you but are friendly but would not be let out to interact. You can occasionally see people walking by on the street, but minimal in rural area.

Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾
