Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be charged) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. One of the biggest yards in the area!! A .4 acre flat yard in Tysons with lush green grass and a six foot wooden privacy fence fully surrounding it (with a private entrance) awaits you! Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! Nola's Swimming Hole and 1 Acre Private Dog Park

Beautiful 1 acre yard, fully fenced with a 6' privacy fence and a large pool for your pup to run, play and swim! Pool open April through October for your canine to enjoy with you! **We will be closed for approximately 2 week in July for pool decking repairs. We will reopen as soon as they finish. We call it Vaikunth which means Heaven. We feel that no matter what stress we are going through, our backyard always calms us down. Backyard of an Estate Home in Shenstone Farms. Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large spring-fed pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. Cable wire with hooks has been placed at the gate to secure it in place, so it will not swing open! Chairs, Doggie & Human snacks, waste scooper with trash bags have been added! (Unless depleted) Hope to see you soon!!😊 Notes: Please park to the right of the garage and dispose of any waste in the Trash Bin outside of garage/gate. The gate normally stays open but you are welcome to close it(there’s a cable wire to easily keep it shut so it doesnt swing open). Please leave open upon departure. Welcome to any feedback! Piece of Quiet Farm, Sugarloaf Mt. Dog Retreat

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.
