Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be charged) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. One of the biggest yards in the area!! A .4 acre flat yard in Tysons with lush green grass and a six foot wooden privacy fence fully surrounding it (with a private entrance) awaits you! Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! PS: As I don't own a dog, kindly bring your own preferred toys, doggie dropping bags, and/or portable bowl for water or food, if needed. Thank you 😊

Mornings are typically full sun, while afternoons offer partial shaded area to cool off after a long day. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.
