A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Welcome to our dog and horse haven! We are an active horse farm set on 130 acres. We have roughly 85 acres for our SniffSpot guests. While our property is not fully fenced for dogs the assigned areas are far from busy roads and take you away from the main horse area. We have friendly dogs but will gladly have them put away if you have reactive dogs or simply want alone time with your pet just let us know. We also have a fully enclosed indoor arena (sand footing) for inclement weather or dark hours. Please inquire for this availability as we do ride in this ring.
