Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We hope you enjoy your visit!

💧 THE POND IS OPEN 💧 💢 DOGS MUST BE ON A LONG LINE 💢 🛑 READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW 🛑 Our pond has been treated for algae and weeds with a blue dye to prevent algae. While this treatment is animal friendly, please enter at your own risk. 🛑 READ: If you want to use the pond during your visit, ALL DOGS must be on a long line while swimming. This is due to the pond NOT being fenced in and the possibility of other dogs being trained on the property. If your dog is not on a long line and escapes the property, we are not liable. LONG LINES ARE REQUIRED!

There are two (2) poop stations on site, please be sure to pick up after your dog and discard in the poop station. There is water buckets and a water faucet to the right in the field by the marsh, up along the fence line.

Hey Dog Fam! My name is Krys Rackley and I am the owner of the professional Dog Training Company, American K9! We purchased this property for the love of dogs! We welcome you to come and enjoy a little slice of our doggy oasis! We have so much planned for this AmericanK9 Dog Ranch and hope to meet more dog lovin’ people through this App! Pasture is fully fenced. We are currently in the works of adding wooded trails, fencing in an additional 7 acre pasture, cleaning the pond to add dock diving, and so much more! Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

The play area spans one full acre, from the white pole/light pole back toward the white shed and ending at the brush line. It’s open, peaceful, and removed from heavy neighborhood traffic. 🐾 Good Fit For: • Dogs with solid recall • Sniff walks & decompression time • Fetch & training sessions • Pups who enjoy open space ⚠️ Please Note: This yard is unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall and be comfortable off-leash in an open setting. Wildlife scents are present due to the wooded edge. From time to time, ATVs may pass by on the road. They are not constant, but this may not be the best space for dogs who are highly reactive to moving vehicles or who like to chase. If your dog is comfortable with occasional distant road noise, they should do great here. 💧 Amenities • Fresh water bowl provided • Trash can at the top of the driveway • Please pick up after your pet There is a porta potty on site, but it has not been serviced recently, so please plan accordingly. ⸻ Third Eye Cottage is a calm, respectful space for dogs and humans to breathe, play, and enjoy golden-hour field magic.
