We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. Thank you!🙂

Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced 0.25-acre yard in Odenton, Maryland—perfect for off-leash fun, relaxation, and a refreshing swim! Amenities include: Swimming Pool - Available for both dogs and their human companions. The pool is open for use. Please note that water temperatures are currently over 80°F. All guests who choose to enter the pool do so at their own risk. Secure Fencing - The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot wooden privacy fence. A few boards have become loose over the winter and are scheduled for repair over the next few weeks. While the yard remains generally secure, we recommend maintaining visual contact with any dog that may be a flight risk, just as a precaution. On-Site Dogs: Occasionally, we board up to four dogs on-site. They are kept calm and separated during guest visits to ensure a peaceful experience. Come enjoy a private, safe, and fun environment for your dogs to run, play, and swim!

Let your furbaby’s run free, play catch, or relax in our backyard while the kids keep themselves entertained on the swing set, ninja line, pool or trampoline (play is at your own risk, not responsible for injuries, must bring own towel). Mornings are typically full sun, while afternoons offer partial shaded area to cool off after a long day. Other amenities include table with umbrella and chairs, dog toys, shaded dog shack, pooper scooper, poop bags w/disposal bucket, water bowl, water hose/sprinkler.
