We live in a community setting. Our driveway sets us back about 1/4 from the main road. Plenty of room for parking on the property. We have 3 dogs but will keep them securely locked inside for your appointment. We have almost 2 acres (1/4 fenced in) with a built in pool. We love dogs and want to give a space for our doggy community members to run free and enjoy the fresh air and woods.

* **** PLEASE READ FULL SPOT DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING*** H Notices for new visitors: - we are getting into hay cutting season for the fall in our fields. Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. Right off 495, close proximity to DC. Large fenced in backyard oasis with sun and shade. Seating area for humans and spacious garden areas for dogs to run and explore. Doggie pool for pups to cool off in. Pool open April through October. ❄️❄️❄️❄️Please note water in provided bowls will freeze October through March. Please feel free to bring some water for your pups to enjoy. This spot is home to 4 resident dogs 🐕🐕🐕🐕, visiting foster dogs🐕‍🦺, and a busy hooman. Fall through Winter is a tricky time of year--is it 🐕💩 or 🍁🍂?? Please allow for some grace if the spot becomes untidy from use or is out of something. The Blue House Play Park

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Willow Tree Yard

Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free bottle of water will be provided per reservation. We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring. Note 3: If you would like to reserve a particular day/time that is not currently shown as available (especially if it is more than 30 days from now), please send me (the host) a chat message to find out if I can make it available for you. Similarly, if you have concerns about signing up for a Sniffpass subscription before seeing the availability for this spot, please send me a message so that I can tell you when my spot is or isn't available.
