55My babies LOVED the area. It is pretty, spacious, and full of places to explore. It isn't riddled with poop which is awesome. The only recommendation I have is for the owners to mark the entrance to the gravel road. To those who will make use of this property at a later date:
-The house is on the right hand (passenger) side. You will continue on that road (down a small hill) for approx 10-15 seconds before the entrance to the gravel/dirt road appears on your right hand side. Drive down that gravel/dirt road and the tractor shed will be on your left.

I was happy I wore waterproof boots as there was a little creek and some muddy spots. We did see and hear the 2 resident dogs when we first arrived and as we left since the invisible fence line runs up against the dirt road, but they stayed closer to the house. I also saw a fox run across the field as we were getting ready to leave, so just be aware of the potential to see wildlife (not surprising since it’s a rural property).
