Description

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . Thank you!🙂

Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. New Spot Sale!! $3 per hour for the first 10 people who make their first reservation. After that, the price will increase over time to $4 and then $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks (with 3 lawn chairs) is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table that has 4 chairs) is available for an extra fee ($2). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring.
