We have a 13+ acre property that is partially wooded and often visited by deer and turkey. Our neighbors have cattle, chickens and goats as well as dogs that can sometimes be seen and heard from the property. Parking is on the property pretty much anywhere. We don’t have a driveway yet. Please don’t park in the gravel driveway next to the property as it belongs to the neighbors. You can access the back half near the electrical lines. If it’s rainy or has been, you may need 4 wheel drive. There’s also a seasonal, shallow creek that runs across the property lined with trees and brush. The property is unfenced and you’ll want to stay away from the barn. The creek supplies loads of muddy, digging fun if you’re up for the clean up afterward. Enjoy ALL the best sniffs ❤️

But you'll be able to pull up park on the drive and have access to the fence yard without disturbing us or our pet. If your dog likes to dig up a yard or flowers this is not the right property :( We have onsite parking. If your dog has mobility issues, this is a fully flat yard with a gate entrance. There's also steps up and down from the deck or you can sit and watch.

Welcome to Pibble Hill! WINTER NOTE for fetchaholics: I usually have to close the spot down for a month or so at the end of winter when the grass is gone and the spot becomes dangerously slick and muddy. You can help delay this inevitability by varying where you throw toys, the mud pit usually starts with mud paths. The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and wild turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. My neighbor has a friendly Lab mix who is sometimes out in their fenced yard, but she is usually good about bringing him in if someone is in the sniff spot. (Neighbor is in home hospice now and Ranger is looking for a home!) There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a trash can, bags, picnic table, a swing, a table and chairs, a fire pit chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. You can pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape from the sniff spot when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) Please have fun with the dog toys - if your dog tears one up just toss out the stuffing or pieces. That's just what dogs do!

We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 2 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others.
