Now offering more extras to enhance your visits! **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.

If your dogs are into water sports, you've found the right place: There is a sloping bulkhead that eases into the water, 2-3 feet deep at the edge. PLEASE NOTE: Humans are not allowed in the lake, per Norfolk regs. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has been an Airbnb for 10+ years, and now is also a private, peaceful retreat for your beloved doggies. * Hose and water bowl on-premises.
