Description

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi is Piperguest and the password is 09181990. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags and a small trash can for disposal. We do have 4 free range hens, a rooster, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.

Additional rules

I work part-time from home and part-time out of the home, so if there is a small black Honda SUV, I am here. We do have two dogs, but they will be inside at all times while the yard is occupied. That said, please refrain from playing loud music or yelling as we also have two small children - one of which is home with me during the day and may be napping. Please dispose of waste in small trashcan in the backyard. If water bottles are used, please place in the blue recycling bin by the shed on your way out. If towels are used, please drape over one of the chairs.

Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking. Can also provide access to a bubble machine for extra fun. Dog safe and flavored bubbles are available for use. (No extra charge). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.
