We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

At Sandy Bottom River Retreat you will find 8 acres of beautiful Florida woodlands, wetlands, and the river all in one place for you and your pup(s) to play and explore! There are tons of different sensory elements for you and your pup(s) to find throughout Sandy Bottom! It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Long driveway has parking spot on the left and enter the backyard through the gate on the left side of the house. Your dog(s) will love it!

Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking. Can also provide access to a bubble machine for extra fun. Dog safe and flavored bubbles are available for use. (No extra charge). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.
