The spot is on a 0.5 acre backyard with a 6 foot tall privacy wooden fence. Mostly quiet backyard (neighbor across the street has a loud, autistic son who stays on his front porch at times) as it is located on a dead end.

I am a huge animal lover. I have had my fair share of almost any animal you can imagine (except insects, birds, and snakes.) I used to volunteer at local animal shelters and I also used to be a pet sitter/dog walker. In my free time I do a lot of research on different breeds and their behaviors, strengths, weaknesses and personalities. Whenever I travel or go to the beach my dogs go with me. I see animals as children and family and not just objects.

Whether your dog loves to zoom, sniff every corner, or just relax in the sun, this is the spot! 🏃‍♂️🐕 We’ve also added some fun dog agility equipment, including hoop jumps and weave poles – great for active pups or training practice. For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. Now offering more extras to enhance your visits! **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.
