8 acres of beautiful Florida woodlands for you and your pup(s) to play and explore. Situated right on the river, the river is crystal clear, shallow and sandy bottomed when there has been less rainfall. We offer hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates. Marvin's 4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
