Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. Fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cool, comfortable, and relaxing. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property so dogs can sniff around, swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. Repeat guests who are great with the property can request access to the pool. The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. We did this to protect our own pets. There are ant hills present, but they are not fire ants. 💧 Amenities Water available Seating for owners Easy parking Quiet, natural environment Two hoses for bathing. He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day.
