This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or an energetic outing, the yard provides a clean, welcoming environment for both dogs and their people. We’ve stocked the space with a few thoughtful extras to make your visit even easier: • Hand sanitizer and wet wipes • Poop bags and trash can • Mini fridge with flavored seltzer water • Dog water bowl • A variety of dog toys • Hose • Kiddie pool for pups to cool off in • Dog kibble for treats If there’s anything else you need, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals in the same pen. The animals dont mind being barked at! And you are more than welcome to reach over the fence and pet them.
