Lounge on the couch or rocker under the 12x12 canopy and warm up with the fire pit (optional add-on). Or better yet! Humans can throw their best pup a birthday bash they’ll never forget- complete with all of their people and pup friends, and even their favorite foods grilled up on the BBQ (optional add-on). The yard is handicapped accessible, private, clean, tidy, secure, with plenty of off street parking. It has a tranquil and casual atmosphere, with minimal neighborhood noise- just the occasional barks from next door. Backyard Oasis-Dog Friendly pool Come swim and relax in our private backyard oasis-Bring your pup(s)! Our yard area is perfect for people and their dogs to cool off together or have a little play time. We offer: -Two small dog life vests (up to 25lbs) -One large dog float (for bigger dogs or several small dogs) -Pool depth is7 ft abd deep end and 3ft at shallow end -Pool heating is available upon request for additional $25 pr booking. Please request at least 24hrs in advance. -Shade options: Two large patio shades and small individual umbrella by the pool (available upon request).

Allow your pup to roam free in our gated backyard… They can enjoy games of toss, exploring, and even swim! It’s also a great way to introduce new friends in a neutral environment (additional fee applies). *Please note- swimming is for pups only, however owners may wade in the shallows and offer support/encouragement.

Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching of legs of all sizes! *JUNE 2025: 2 - FAN WATER MISTERS ADDED TO DOG PARK to help cool off from the summer sun! *see photos 29-32* • Grass space for pups alongside outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys - if you’ve forgotten your favorites, water bowls, and water station Other essentials: sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)
