Large private yard (1.33 acre) with fenced in area (approximately 50' x 60'). Sitting areas available. Can't really see the neighbors when you are in the backyard, so lots of privacy.

Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids.
