Description
The Hours of the Dog Park are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. • The off-leash dog park is for dogs, their handlers, and those accompanying them. No other use is allowed. • The use of the off-leash dog park is at the discretion of the handler. The off-leash dog park is not staffed by the City. Owner waives liability to the City of Hutchinson for any injury or damage caused by a pet. Owners are solely liable for injuries or damages caused by their dog(s). Users of the dog park do so at their own risk. • Dogs must be under visual contact and voice control of the handler at all times. A dog is considered under voice control if it will come when called. Dogs are never to be left unattended. Permission must be granted by each handler for dogs to play with or interact with another dog. • Handlers must remain in the area with their dogs at all times. • Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the off-leash dog park without a supervising adult. Very young children are not recommended to be inside the off-leash dog park. • Dogs must be at least 4 months old, properly vaccinated, and wearing a City of Hutchinson pet license tag. If you are not a Hutchinson resident, a current rabies tag is acceptable. • Dogs that have been declared dangerous, as per City Ordinance or potentially dangerous in any community or that have a history of aggressive behavior, or females in heat are not allowed in the off-leash dog park. Any dog that exhibits aggressive behaviors must be removed immediately by the handler. • Maximum of three dogs per handler in the park at one time. • Owners MUST clean up after their dog(s) and deposit feces in the containers provided. • Professional dog trainers are not allowed to use the facility to conduct business. • The small dog area is limited to dogs no taller than 13” at the shoulder that weigh no more than 25 pounds. • The City reserves the right to remove any items from the dog park, such as play features, left there by users of the park and are not responsible for any damage to those items. • No dog treats, food (dog or human), or glass containers are allowed in the dog park. • The park is tobacco, drugs and alcohol free

Critterville 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Waconia
The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time. **It's muddy!! Until things dry out, parking is only available on the concrete pad closer to the house. Please do not park by the bonfire pit. ** **Fostering a dog? Message for special discounts** This is our private residence. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced.
