1 acher fenced in wide open with a few trees. We do have 5 fruit trees in the corner 2 pear 2 apple and 1 cherry. We will have a hose and sprinkler available if wanted, and we also have a dog kiddy pool available for use. We have a firepit available as well. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

It is a 13 acre hobby farm. There are horses, goats, emus, alpacas, miniature animals and dogs on site. There is electric fencing suitable for larger animals. Water is available. There is also a heated tack room in the barn but your dog needs to be cat friendly. It's a great place to play fetch or throw a Frisbee with your dog. The back part is well off the road and quiet.

Rice Creek Sniffspot

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.
