Description

This empty grassy lot is nestled between 2 homes and is shaded under big, beautiful trees. There is lots of room to run around, play fetch, and pick up a stick or two. Neighborhood is quiet so it's perfect for nervous pups. Great, tranquil space!

HOST NOTE

There is a staircase leading up to a private back yard from the lower lot. If your dog does run up to the top level, feel free to come up the staircase to follow or play with them (the entire property is fenced in so they are safe). The stairs are very uneven, so please be careful if you do use them.

Please pick up your trash and pup poo. There is a trash can on the property. If enough notice is given, I can have a fresh water bowl set out as well as a chair(s) for you. Feel free to message me with any questions or special requests. Please be respectful of neighborhood, pedestrians, and any neighbors who are outside.

CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.
