We have a 5 acre OFF LEASH area available, and an ON LEASH walking trail in the back of our property. We are pleased to invite you and your dog to our lovely fully fenced in area on our 12 acre property in the countryside of Montpelier, VA. 30 min from downtown Richmond, VA - come escape to the quiet and tranquil area we have set up and fenced off for dogs. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. Walking trails have been cut and wildlife is often seen in our little sanctuary. Please be mindful of neighbors and leave the area as you found it. Be sure to close ALL gates before you leave. Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Small Farm adventures for your dog! Conveniently located between Ashland and Mechanicsville and not directly on a roadfront! Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completely fence contained and backs up to wooded areas Of my sniff spot is having trouble booking please feel free to send a message!

Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

Rufus & Maggie's Southside Spot ☀️

Come sniff and play at our fully fenced in yard conveniently located on the southside of the river near Westover Hills. Grab a morning coffee treat ☕️ from Blanchard’s and come play or stop by in the evening to get some energy out before happy hour at the Veil. 🍻 We have two friendly pups and a toddler but promise to stay out of your hair during your booking. We live on a quiet street with private driveway for easy access. 🏠 We’ll be adding more amenities as we go especially as the weather cools down- access to a firepit, toys and treats. 🪵 🎾 🐶 We have a large dirt/mud patch that’s due to a recent tree 🌳 removal/falling- hoping to grow some grass soon but in the meantime and fun romp around for the pups- be sure to bring a towel if you book after a rainy day as it gets a bit muddy! For the rest of the summer we’ll offer access to a hose and doggie pool for extra cost 💲💦

Welcome to our serene .25-acre fully fenced private yard, featuring a blend of lush grass and small digging spots for your furry friend to explore. For dogs, we’ve got everything they need for endless fun. Enjoy dog water, doggie pools if available, a Jolly herding ball, tree tugging ropes, and chuck-it balls/toys. There are also plenty of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For human guests. We’ve got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags, and speaker are all provided. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen.
