* **** PLEASE READ FULL SPOT DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING*** H Notices for new visitors: - we are getting into hay cutting season for the fall in our fields. Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. We live in a community setting. Our driveway sets us back about 1/4 from the main road. Plenty of room for parking on the property. We have 3 dogs but will keep them securely locked inside for your appointment. We have almost 2 acres (1/4 fenced in) with a built in pool. We love dogs and want to give a space for our doggy community members to run free and enjoy the fresh air and woods.

A pleasant and quiet older neighborhood setting with plenty of space for running and exploring and sniffing. The acre sized backyard is fully fenced, accessible through a double gate. It has a nice gentle slope up toward the rear corner where you can have a seat to rest while your fur babies poke around and enjoy the sniffs. The acre-sized front yard is unfenced with a nice long driveway and plenty of natural woods to tromp in if desired. A leash is recommended due to recurring traffic on the nearby road. The neighbors are rarely outside and you will have a quiet and pleasant retreat experience. Water from a hose is available at the back of the house if your dog gets thirsty. There are two areas where you can sit down to relax, two swings by the back of the house and one swing-bench at the far rear corner near the raised garden beds. Our dogs had so much joy exploring, watching forest creatures and living the dog life here, we hope yours do too.

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot.
