Entry to the yard is through the gated door on the right side of the house, clearly marked with a Sniffspot sign. Our yard offers plenty of spaces for dogs of all sizes to roam freely and safely. Whether your dog loves to zoom, sniff every corner, or just relax in the sun, this is the spot! 🏃‍♂️🐕 We’ve also added some fun dog agility equipment, including hoop jumps and weave poles – great for active pups or training practice. For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. We’ve stocked a black storage box with all the essentials: 🐾 Treats 💩 Poop bags 💧 Water bowls (small and large) 🎾 Dog toys 🗑️ Trash can and 💦 water source are located to the left of the steps. • To turn on the water, twist the handle counterclockwise, and turn clockwise to shut it off. • To get the water flowing, just pull the trigger foward on the nozzle. PLEASE NOTE: Humans are not allowed in the lake, per Norfolk City regs. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has been an Airbnb for 10+ years, and now is also a private, peaceful retreat for your beloved doggies. * Hose and water bowl on-premises. Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. Additional people can be added for $35 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. We look forward to providing you and your furry friends with a delightful and safe poolside experience!
