Description

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.

Additional rules

I work part-time from home and part-time out of the home, so if there is a small black Honda SUV, I am here. We do have two dogs, but they will be inside at all times while the yard is occupied. That said, please refrain from playing loud music or yelling as we also have two small children - one of which is home with me during the day and may be napping. Please dispose of waste in large black trash can outside the fence. If water bottles are used, please place in the blue recycling bin by the shed on your way out. If towels are used, please drape over one of the chairs. Feel free to open the table umbrella for shade, but please close prior to leaving.
