Frequently Asked Questions This is my first time with Sniffspot, what can I expect at CC Dog Park? Your first experience will be completely private, no other dogs or people will be around during your visit. You have the freedom to play, run, or walk around the property. When you get here, we will give you a tour of the property and then leave you for the hour. We have a picnic table with umbrella you can sit at during your stay. Will there be other dogs around? No. Upon your visit, our dogs will be kept inside while you’re outside. No other distractions except the possibility of seeing neighboring dogs. Bring your pups to rip and run in our pasture! There’s a big open field to play as well as some naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family and a seating area is provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots near the entrance. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property and if we’re home, we stay inside during all bookings. I have lots of ideas for additions to our little doggy park and would love to hear your suggestions too! Message me with any questions or concerns you may have! Unfortunately our home was flooded from Hurricane Helena so until further noticed we will be closed. We hope to be back soon! Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

Nice size Florida yard. Fully fenced with 6 foot sides and 4 ft back. Access gate to no build wooded area in back of property for extra on leash sniffing/nosework opportunity. Resident older neutered male Chihuahua and young neutered male German Shepherd available for play dates upon request only. On site dog trainer of nearly 40 years experience with ALL types of dogs and behaviors, including reactivity, fear and aggression. Available for consult upon request. Huge yard, completely fence, back has 5' tall privacy fence. I lost my furbaby Niko in 2020 to CHF but he used to absolutely LOVE traipsing around the entire house and would make a complete 360 degree lap around the full house when outside. After living in an apt for years, I'm glad he got to experience his own yard without having to be leashed. Again, nice big yard, circles the entire house, partially privacy fenced in the back, trees for shading and bushes for curiosity.

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Dragonfly Ranch is an independently owned small farm where people can come learn homesteading skills and sustainable living skills. It's a wonderful place to bring your dog to exercise, sniff, roam, roll and play while you relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I only book one person per day so you can stay up to 2 hours if you like. As a reminder I require at least 24 to 48 hours notice before booking. Showing up at my gate will not get you entrance unless you have communicated with me directly and I have confirmed your booking.
