Description

This private pool surrounded by natural foliage, shade tree and sun shade with a hammock and several chairs. Water is available through hose and outdoor shower. You and your dogs are welcome to use all outside amenities. No bathroom facilities are available. Smoke-friendly property with ashtray provided. Please message me if more accommodations are needed and read caption under photos. Gate locks only from inside for your peace of mind.

This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water I am working on rewilding this yard. In its current state, there are a combination of ornamental and native species. Some of those include mushrooms and other flora that could be potentially toxic to your dog. My dog eats a lot of the grass with no issues. If your dog is the type of dog to chew on the wrong type of plant or eat a mushroom this may not be the place for you. However, if you still decide to come, I’m happy to try and connect you with online resources for identifying potential toxicity if your animal does consume a plant or a fungus. There is some unevenness in the concrete on the patio. Please be mindful of that. Due to the unevenness of the concrete, there is pooling of water in certain areas. It’s not perfect, but it is unpretentious! This pool is not fiberglass. It is an aggregate finish and for some people that means it can be kind of rough on skin, water shoes welcome although not required. Due to shade being hung off of trees and roof line some of the attachment points may be rather low so if you are a tall person, keep your head on a swivel The hammock is a risky endeavor if you don’t have good balance. Be cautious and place on grass if needed. In the event of a heat based emergency medical issue either for you or your dogs, please do not hesitate to message me. I will welcome you into an isolated room of my house for your dog to cool off. My dog will likely bark and be excited however he will be separated so that the emergency can be managed.

-Smokers, use ashtray NOT garbage can. -leave any use rafts in the pool. -all towels washed and sanitized and line-dried. This means the towels may feel crunchy because they do not go through a dryer. That’s how old school Floridians dry their laundry.

There is a hose for dog water or play. Please do not let the dogs swim in the pool. The house has an alarm, so please do not try to open doors. Long driveway has parking spot on the left and enter the backyard through the gate on the left side of the house. Your dog(s) will love it!
