Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4. Health and Safety: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my dog(s) are up to date on all vaccinations and are not exhibiting any signs of illness or aggression. I agree to supervise my dog(s) at all times and to clean up after them. 5. Recording: I consent to being recorded (audio and video) on the premises. Any recordings will be deleted after 24 hours. The recordings will be used to ensure I am able to arrive and leave within my scheduled booking time. 6. Governing Law: This release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. 7. Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by booking the premises, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. By booking the premises, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

"This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."
