Top Public & Private Dog Parks in Vista, CA

We loved Kathy’s spot so much we had our pups back within a week! Her yard was filled with a multitude of sensory enjoyment to keep our two young pups engaged and entertained. And great seating for us, and even swing set for our little human, along with beautiful environment that we enjoyed going for a walk through exploring ourselves. With having small, curious dogs we always worry about the fence being secure (which has been an issue at other sniff spots) but no issues here! And Kathy was a great host, reaching out before and after our visit. We will definitely be regular attendees :)

This place is our favorite spot! Plenty of space for the dogs to run around in, lots of areas to sniff and explore, and the owner goes above and beyond leaving treats, water, toys etc!

This was a great spot! Our dog loved all the tennis balls available to play fetch! There were 2 big bowls of fresh water also!

My pup’s first sniff spot. He had a great time and it was pretty peaceful! Host even had drinks for us humans! It was a super nice touch.

This is the second time I have brought my dogs to Kathy’s sniff spot and it never disappoints! So many thoughtful touches for the dogs as well as the people from having cold beverages, plenty of water, toys, and treats for the dogs. We will definitely be back.

Kathy’s spot is always the best! Our dogs have the best time and we enjoy relaxing in the yard while the dogs are able to safely play.

10/10 spot, my dogs loved the space and all the plants - definitely loved finding dog toys and balls around the area as well. They had a blast! Will be back for sure.

Kandi was very sweet. Her property felt calming it was the perfect place for my two pups to run freely especially since one of them is reactive with other dogs. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely magical! Both of my dogs had the best time exploring this Sniffspot—it was like watching them step into their own private wonderland. Every tree, every corner seemed to hold a new smell or hidden treasure just waiting to be discovered. My Doberman trotted around with a sense of noble purpose, while my Husky gleefully zigzagged through the space like she was on a mission to sniff every square inch (mission: accepted). The area was safe, peaceful, and had a kind of quiet charm that made it feel like a secret retreat just for us. You know those moments when your dogs are so happy that their tails wag their whole bodies? That was us the entire time. Pure joy. It really felt like we were at a giant orange tree farm. Note: Across the street, there are two (maybe three) little dogs who do like to make their presence known with a good bark-a-thon from behind their fence. Mine didn’t mind too much, but if you have a particularly reactive pup, just be aware they may get a little riled up walking in or out. That said, once you're inside, it's pure serenity.

Great as always! Just should have worn boots instead of shoes for the little bit of mud early in the morning. :)

We had a great and peaceful time here. The yard is gorgeous. Smokey enjoyed all the sniffing and exploring she was able to do. We will definitely be back to this yard!

This is a great spot. Nice, peaceful, and plenty of space to roam and run. My pup had a great time playing with all the tennis balls.

Beautiful spot. Host greeted us and gave us the layout of the property, which was nice. Nice hiking trails but short distance to top. We enjoyed walking around the property & checking out the dome house. An hour was plenty of time to explore. They have chickens and a pig in large pens. Would visit again!

Definitely our fav local spot since it’s fun for the dogs and for their chauffeur! The smells of the trees, the cleanliness of the yard and the extra comforts are so appreciated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful yard with us!

Such a pretty view! My doggos had a blast. Rocky, my boxer, has MASSIVE energy and I’ve always thought he’d be good at agility. This park showed me he is! We shall be back very soon!
