Please note: the space can only be used for Sniffspot rentals when the facility is completely free. Therefore, availability is highly reliant on class schedule, private lesson schedule, and trainer availability. We are unable to list rental time slots more than 30 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding!

Mocha's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Rochester
We love pups of all shapes and sizes. We understand how important it is to give your pup time to roam, sniff, run, chase a ball, run after a squirrel, and watch the birds! Come and hang out in our fenced in yard, and we are very close to Mayo Clinic, if you are staying in a hotel nearby and need to run off the zoomies.

Fully fenced with tall privacy fence to limit chance of climbing or jumping over fence. Longer driveway on back of house has ample parking.

Porky & Archie's Backyard Puppy Play Yard in Rochester, Minnesota
Perfect, private getaway for your dog to explore off leash! Fully fenced in yard with plenty of places for you to sit. Lots of puppy smells available. Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. We look forward to having you explore our backyard!
