Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Perfect, private getaway for your dog to explore off leash! Fully fenced in yard with plenty of places for you to sit. Lots of puppy smells available. Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.

I have a fully fenced in yard with two separate access points - one at the top by the garage and one at the bottom off the walking trail. It’s right on a walking trail which backs to a nature preserve and is between Anne Lake and a smaller runoff pond. There’s a small sandbox for kids to play in (please cover it and leave the toys there when you’re done!) The yard has a little incline to it and used to wear my big dog out when he would run up and down after a while! On and off street parking available - if parking in the driveway please pull all the way onto the RV pad. A trash bin is up there for BAGGED pet waste. In the warmer months the hose is outside and the deck provides a nice sun cover. In the winter the house can provide some wind cover, and with no trees in the yard you get full sun exposure to warm you up!

Fenced in yard, small but yet quite yard. Gate for easy access. Not only are we small dog friendly, large dog friendly but we are also kid friendly with small child toys and basketball hoop to pass the time while your dogs play.

We love pups of all shapes and sizes. We understand how important it is to give your pup time to roam, sniff, run, chase a ball, run after a squirrel, and watch the birds! Come and hang out in our fenced in yard, and we are very close to Mayo Clinic, if you are staying in a hotel nearby and need to run off the zoomies.

Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
