At Sandy Bottom River Retreat you will find 8 acres of beautiful Florida woodlands, wetlands, and the river all in one place for you and your pup(s) to play and explore! There are tons of different sensory elements for you and your pup(s) to find throughout Sandy Bottom! Including but not limited to: 🌼 Wildflowers 🐓 Chicken Coop 🌲 Tree Swings 🦌 Wildlife 🐾 Trails 🐟 Fish 👃 Scents 🦋 Butterfriends 🔥 Firepits Our property is nestled on the river and is typically crystal clear, shallow and sandy bottomed; During the rainy season (July-Oct), the river becomes deep and dark colored, this can happen other times of the year as well when there is heavy rain for several days. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! However, usually the most you will see in the river is fish. 💩 Waste bags and disposal bin provided ❓ ~ If you ever have questions, please don't hesitate to ask, we are happy to answer questions! 👙 We are CO friendly!
