We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. Unfortunately our home was flooded from Hurricane Helena so until further noticed we will be closed. We hope to be back soon! Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. We also offer monthly memberships for our returning guests - your hourly rate goes down plus you get some free extras. Check out the membership section for details on our Member only perks! Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release some energy or zip down the slide for a blast of excitement. We offer a few extras such as a fire pit and grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. We have a 5-acre property located near 301 and Old Tampa Rd. This is our private residence that we are willing to share with other dog lovers. The property has a pond and chicken coop on it. The property is partially fenced, so please be able to recall your pup. There is also a water spigot near the firpit. The pool in the photographs is not included and is for our private use only. We ask that you pick up dog droppings and dispose of them. Thank you!

We’re pet sitters and keep the pool safety fence around the pool up for our older pets who don’t see as well and to separate our cat (she loves to play and lay around the pool).
