Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. Once you have passed the gate, please park to the right in the field along the fence line anywhere you like. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent properties. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the pond. So be mindful. The home at the back of the property is currently rented and not part of the available roaming space. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line and fence. We live off-site in Clermont. You're welcome to explore the entire property, other than the area where the house is located. There is a large open field with a pond, and the side of the property to the right after entering also has some trails available. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more.
