Exclusive Dog Trainer & Group Play Yard with Private Parking and 6-Ft Fencing – Los Altos Hills

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Trainers Only – 4+ Dogs Required This yard is reserved exclusively for professional dog trainers hosting group play sessions, structured training, or supervised socialization. Located at 13970 La Paloma Rd in Los Altos Hills, right at the corner of La Paloma Rd and W Fremont Rd, this private yard is fully enclosed with six-foot white vinyl fencing and designed specifically for multi-dog sessions. The property sits between Foothill College and Downtown Los Altos, just minutes from I-280 and El Monte Road, with easy access from Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Cupertino. I’ve been hosting professional dog trainers on Sniffspot for almost two years and am reopening the yard in December 2025 after a full renovation. The space is quiet, secure, and easy to access, making it ideal for recurring sessions or structured group play. ⸻ Now Accepting New Trainer Clients After taking time off to renovate and upgrade the property, the yard will officially reopen for professional use in December 2025. The entire space has been improved from the ground up with new mulch and landscaping fabric, brand-new six-foot white vinyl fencing, and an industrial-grade dog bath for added convenience. I’m now welcoming new long-term trainers and dog industry professionals who are looking for a secure, private, and well-maintained location for group play sessions or training activities. This is a great opportunity to be among the first to use the updated yard and establish a recurring schedule. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available, and regular clients can reserve exclusive time blocks for consistent access. ⸻ Pricing • Listed rate: $75 per hour (set higher to discourage casual users) • Trainer rate: $40–$50 per hour once approved • Discounts: available for multi-day or recurring bookings When messaging, please include your typical group size, focus of your sessions, and preferred schedule. ⸻ Booking Requirements • Minimum of four dogs per session • Trainers only (no individual pet owners) ⸻ About the Space The yard is large, clean, and completely private. It’s enclosed with six-foot white vinyl fencing installed in 2025 and has a double-gate entry for safe, controlled access. You’ll have private parking right in front of the gate, and trainers can back up beside the garage for easy loading and unloading. The space is equipped with Ring floodlight and security cameras for visibility and peace of mind, and the property sits well off the street for total privacy. Amenities include: • Large bin of dog toys (please return after use) • Complimentary dog treats (avoid if allergies) • Auto-fill water bowls, hoses, and stainless steel bowls • Ample seating for handlers and assistants • Poop bags and disposal area • Inflatable and standard pools, towels available on request ⸻ Dog Bathing Station (Add-On Amenity) An industrial-grade dog bath will be available for trainers who want to rinse or bathe dogs after play sessions. It’s large enough to fit big breeds comfortably and has strong water pressure for quick cleaning. Use of the bath is available for an additional fee per session. Towels can be provided for a small extra charge, though guests are encouraged to bring their own. ⸻ Surface and Safety The entire yard has been professionally mulched and resurfaced in 2025 with landscaping fabric installed underneath to prevent any weed growth. There are no weeds, no foxtails, and no hazards anywhere on the property. The surface is clean, level, and soft underfoot, providing a safe and comfortable play area for all dogs. ⸻ Privacy and Security You won’t see anyone during your booking. The property sits more than 100 feet back from the road and is surrounded by tall white vinyl fencing that fully blocks outside visibility. The residents are not home during bookings and will not come outside, so you can enjoy total peace, quiet, and privacy during every session. ⸻ Access Access to the property is private and simple. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed gate instructions and a temporary keypad code. Drive up the private driveway, park in front of the gate or beside the garage, and enter through the outer gate. Close it securely before opening the inner gate to the yard. Ring cameras monitor the entry for safety, but no one will interrupt your session. When finished, close and latch both gates, remove your items, and leave the yard tidy. ⸻ Dog Details I’m the proud owner of two Labrador Retrievers, but they are always kept indoors and out of sight during all bookings. The yard is used exclusively by guests during their reserved sessions. ⸻ Dog Birthday Parties and Events Dog birthday parties and small group events are welcome. Please message me for a custom quote. Party bookings typically start at an additional $200, which covers event planning, decorations, setup, parking coordination, and post-event cleaning. Guests may use the indoor restroom upon request. ⸻ Additional Rules • This space is for professional dog trainers only. • A minimum of four dogs is required per session. • Keep both gates closed at all times and supervise all dogs. • No digging, smoking, or glass containers on the property. • Please clean up all waste before leaving. • Keep noise to a reasonable level. • Do not adjust or cover the security cameras. • Close and latch both gates before departure.

St. Stephen's in-the-Field Episcopal Church's Fully Fenced Yard In San Jose

Fully Fenced
0.02 acres

Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!

Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. How do I know if a dog agility park works for my dog?
