Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) almost 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade- it is in almost full shade after 5pm in the summer months. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones. We also provide fresh spring water & treats! Feel free to pick blueberries on our four large bushes in August/September.

Your feet will get wet! Fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, sometimes you might hear a dog barking at a distance, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just please make sure it's not where people walk. Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too! (She'll probably notice you when you arrive and will bark at the window, but it's pretty far from the parking area and will be faint)

It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! Come let your dog or dogs have fun here while u hang on the deck in the sun or under the roof that extends over the big deck! Zero gravity chairs to be comfortable in please enjoy! Lots of parking
