My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away! We have a huge field with a platform/ramps, tug rope, agility poles, stick collection, hidden container with treats and possibly a prize toy! We host many special events for pups as well as birthday parties for your pups! I spent many years volunteering, fostering and ultimately adopting many animals from rescue non-profits over the years. Throughout all of the years I spent in animal rescues, I realized that most dogs don’t get much time outside of the kennels. I also came to understand that many rescue animals have trauma related behaviors and cannot integrate with other dogs. I feel so grateful to be able to provide a space for dogs to be off leash and have the freedom to explore! Also, it is a significant bonding experience for pups and their parents to have this special time together! Our dogs are in a separate fenced area but because I feel this time is for you and your pup(s), I will put my pups in the house so they are not visible to you and your pups. **Update as of 4/23/25. The grass is freshly cut and looking great!** We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.

We have a fenced in large field area exclusively made for dogs. Surrounded by peaceful woods. We have picnic bench, chairs & shade for those hot days and heater for the cold days. We also have a Bluetooth enabled speaker if you want to listen to your tunes during your stay. If your dog is an explorer we have 10 acres of woods with mostly cleared up trails. Feel free to bring your dog and go for a hike! We have seen many bald eagles soaring through the sky here!

Small family farm with chickens and such. Please, no dogs with a history of harming any type of farm animals or people. We will not double book the site. If you see someone using our property, please be courteous to the other guest and contact us directly if you think there was an error in booking. There is always someone home to assist if need be.
