This is a beautiful spot with lots of space to run. Toys, water, treats, and a kiddie pool were provided! It was a blast!

Awesome spot! The host was so lovely and accommodating. Easy to drive in and park inside the gate to let the pups roam the HUGE plot of land. Ability course and pool for the pups. A couple horses present but they were far enough away for our pups to not get stuck on them. Quiet and peaceful, yet so much land to run around crazy and have fun. :) brought the nieces too and they absolutely loved it. Even had a picnic. Definitely coming back here.

We loved it! We let the host know ahead of time that our dog is reactive and prefers privacy and they ensured they would give her space. The yard was in excellent condition and was a lovely location! Fully fenced with no concerns of the dogs getting out, some agility set up, provided toys, and our German shepherd’s favorite part; the pool!

Our host was so gracious and left toys and plenty of water for us and our doggies. Every thing went smoothly and we and our doggies had a wonderful time!

Our time here was fantastic, we loved Beverly’s place! So so happy we made the choice to visit this spot. The pups were so excited and we enjoyed our time so much that we lost track of time towards the end. Beverly is so kind & thoughtful to provide free toys, bowls, water, and more. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll want to visit here again. Thank you, Beverly!

Absolutely worth a trip to come to this beautiful property. Very easy to get in/out and the owners are so kind leaving water and snacks out for the 4-legged guests! These three hooligans were very happy to have this area to run around freely✨❤️

Both Beverly and her husband are incredibly kind, considerate and communicative people. This spot is by far the paragon of Sniff Spots in the area. A picture postcard rural setting and a very well manicured and maintained property featuring horses grazing in the distance and amber waves of grain abound. The expansive field area has an abundance of space for long bursts of canine energy and more than enough room for all of your favorite catch/retrieval games. They have hand crafted, with virgin PVC, some obstacles for the more daring dogs as well. One of the most impressive features that makes this spot stand out, particularly on those warmer and sunnier days, is the ability to access a large cantilevered concrete deck area that provides plenty of shade and is adorned with comfortable seating and cool water for both the pups and the peeps. There is a little bag of training treats often present on the table between the deck chairs and other amenities close by that make waste disposal quick and convenient. The gate into the property is easy to open and close. Walking along the fenced perimeter is one of the joys of my week. They are very blessed to live in such a beautiful setting and we are certainly blessed they have decided to share it.

This is one of our favorite spots! Clean with water and shade and we have fun with the obstacles too!!

We loved it! Beautiful open space to run and get all the sniffs, with just enough shady spots for our little one who can't handle the sun.

My pups had a wonderful time playing fetch, rolling around & exploring. Such a beautiful place & you can even some stunning horses playing in the distance. The host supplied everything you need(toys, water, bowl, poop bags, trash can…) I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Really well-maintained property that even included an agility course! Loved the area with the chairs, balls, extra poop bags, etc. It was the perfect place for my city pup to run off all his energy and work on some new tricks!

Another great visit to Beverly’s spot! The space is so great for running and sniffing and this time I actually remembered to take some pictures of the boys playing and trying out the obstacles!

This sniffspot is a keeper! The BEST place to bring your pups! Huge, open space for your pups to roam, play and sniff. With reactive dogs, this is the best way to give them a sense of freedom. Beverly is also the kindest host! She had toys, water, water bowls and poop bags. She is one message away if you have any issues at all. Could not recommend this place enough! We will definitely become frequent visitors!!!

Lovely open space with plenty of area for the dogs to run around! The owners even left poo bags, dog treats, toys, water, etc. for the humans and the dogs. My dogs had a wonderful time!

What an amazing sniff spot! There were 3 fully fenced acres, dog snacks, water bottles, dog bags, and a basket of dog toys. Our doggos had so much fun here. We will definitely be coming back.

Such a great property! So much space for the dogs to run and play. And the obstacles were fun to try to teach the dogs how to use. Beverly sent a message to let us know where to park and has a nice seating area set up with some essentials for the dogs and humans (bags, water bowl, water, treats, hand sanitizer, etc). Great spot and we can’t wait to go back!
