This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Hello friends! We live on 4 acres in the country. We have chickens and goats. We also have dogs inside which will not be an issue while you're here having quiet time with your dog! We have a completely fenced in back yard for big dogs or small dogs on a leash! (it is cattle panel fencing and tiny dogs can slip thru).

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 5pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Great open spot for dogs of all kinds! We have a small trail near the back of our property that's wooded. In the spring months it can be quite muddy in some spots. If your dogs have a good sniffer, im sure they will find tons of our dogs toys hidden throughout the property, along with some of my slippers. Lol.
