We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly. Including steps they can easily exit the pool from. **note the price listed is for swimming pups. 1 hour= $50 for the 1st pup, $25 per extra pup. **. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim at no cost. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $25. Limit of a total of 4 people unless approved in advance.** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins and time to clean the pool. We have horses for neighbors and great views. Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Beautiful area fully enclosed with 6' fence at the lowest. Separate entrance to this field from the street. Street parking on dead end road. Approx 400' x 200' field for running or throwing balls or frisbies. Picnic table shaded from afternoon sun. No lighting after dark Weekends tend to get fully booked. If you don't see any open slots Change your criteria to 30 minutes as there might be a 30 minute slot still available. If still no slots contact us as we might have an hour opening between guests. Sniffspot requires 30 minute padding so those gaps won't show up but we might be able to squeeze you in. There is a water hydrant near the chicken coop. Lift up on handle and wait three to four seconds for the water to begin flowing. Turn on splitter valve if no water comes out. There's a large green trash can next to the shed for poo and some bags available if you didn't bring your own. In Summer early mornings are usually cool. After noon the picnic table will be in the shade and an hour or two before sunset a good portion of the field is in the shade. But midday can be hot with no shade. I recommend checking the weather forecast before visiting or only booking 30 minutes when hot

Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).

7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience - We have reservations on hold until we get the trail system fully marked and a few things set up for guests. Message me and I can keep you informed as soon as we’re ready to go. Hope you’ll visit our enchanted forest in the mountains! We have 15 acres of trails (2 miles of different trail loops) that run through our property, including a narrow seasonal stream with a trail running alongside (the stream runs strong in the Spring and begins to dry up in July. It will run again if there’s been a lot of rain). We use the trails for dog walking, hiking, and mountain biking. May-September we have hundreds of hummingbirds zipping through our property. The trails are considered intermediate: easy in parts, and intermediate in parts, with uneven Colorado rocky terrain. The trails wind up and down the side of the mountain and empty into the forest and the meadows. This property is not for everyone - it’s very natural. The trails are in great condition and it beautiful, but there is a wild element to it, similar to any park in the area. If you aren’t sure how your dog will react, keep them on a leash until you’re both used to the trails. We will try to keep the trails available in the winter for snow shoeing.

Come walk 17 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings to wooded areas. This area is mostly fenced in with a few holes in the fence. The fence is a welded mesh type with some portions being straight wire for deer access. We have 2 friendly dogs that have no recall and therefore only have access to their dog run, they will be kept inside the house during reservations. We also have a small chicken coop and run located next to the house. Please be aware some wildlife (black bears, deer, elk, turkeys and moose) may occasionally be around. Wooded areas have blown down trees and some firewood processing areas. Feel free to park in front of the large garage once there you can access the wooded area through the green fence (pictured) to the left of the entrance of the property. To walk through the meadow you can walk through the gate to the right of the house or walk behind the garage where most of our equipment is located. ** Every 5th visit earns you a special discount as a thank-you for your continued support.
