My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

We have a fully fenced in yard with a big deck, fully fenced in as well. They can rome all over. Food and water. I also have a coon hound. She's a girl, older, such an old sole with a lot of energy still lol . If your dog wants a buddy to play. I will post pictures in the morning. It's a one level deck so it's easy on the hips btw!

Offering my fully fenced backyard to pups and their owners for a private space to enjoy time with your pup with no worries! I do have 4 pups of my own, that will remain in my home while you enjoy your time with yours. There are bearding toys in the yard that you’re free to use along with some other toys. I do have a flood light/security camera in the backyard for safety purposes. Parking in the driveway is okay with me!
