Hey everyone! My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! I live in a quiet safe neighborhood that misses the barking in my back yard, high privacy fence to deter jumping and great for throwing balls! Separate Private entrance through the garage of house. A small pool for dogs filled upon request, Sun Deck with chairs and table for lunch, Sun Bathing, etc. Fire pit ok to use! Maybe you live in the townhouses and really need to let Rover run! Residents of nearby Village Townhouses, Georgetown and Balfour Townhouse living and need a dog place! Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Electricity Provided for charging phones, etc. I'm (negotiable) preferably same family. It's a great place to come chill. Ask about other amenities. Games, pool , hammock, grilling, I can work with you. ****Note: This is considered private property. Therefore, adult beverages (no glass, plz) bringing a beer or? As well as your personal stash/alternative, as allowed by the State of Michigan/City of Lansing. Please do so responsibly.

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
