Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! With this please be mindful not to leave anything behind that may attract in wildlife or potentially harm our sheep! We thank you and look forward to your visit !

There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please consider setting up a private lesson to ensure safety for you and your dog! Info can be found in the last picture in the listing. Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

April 2025 Spring cleanup has started and it’s looking good! Acorns, sticks & leaves have been cleared and the sunshine will bring green grass! Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas. Thank you for your patience as we will have those small areas fenced off, so the seat has a chance to grow. There is still plenty of room to run distances! Safety is our top priority for you and your pet, so please message us through the app immediately if you notice anything that seems unsafe. We are out there daily surveying the areas. Welcome to Pawadise! Our dog resort features four fully-fenced acres, and five acres of nature trails that connect to miles and miles of public trails in Winchester. At the end of the public trails there are large open fields. Our fenced play yard contains tunnels, climbing rocks and playgrounds, a bone-shaped dog pool, and more! 200+ toys to play with, featuring rubber balls, flirt poles and tug toys. The area is lit by ambient hanging lights at night, and has an optional fire pit. We have a trainer on-site for any training training sessions you'd like to add-on. We can help you hit the trails with confidence with some off-leash and recall training. We also offer group hikes and daycare services.

This spot is fantastic for trained or untrained doggies. It is fenced in and doggie tested. Very private back yard with access to a deck and freedom to enjoy your dog without interference or risk of and dangers.
