This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. Not only do we offer our yard but we also offer training and boarding. I’m a CGC evaluator and certified in animal welfare and behavior. All dogs on site must be fully vaccinated- bordetella included. Dogs also must be current on worm prevention- poo must be picked up and put into the waste can provided.

Just a small spot to enjoy. We do have our own dog who loves to make friends! Toys, treats and fun for you and your pooch.

Just learning about this but we have three acres, only one neighbor and only one street nearby.. plenty of wooded area behind the house.. and I fenced in all around the house for our little whippy crew that we have now - four maltese, and two shih Tzu.. added bonus for visitors - lots of new Young puppies to play with, but only if you want.. also a separate deck on back 30x20, if rather have no interaction.. might end up fencing in the whole yard lol -if get enough response and business from this venture

You and your best friend can walk the trails, and then relax under the shade of a timber-style gazebo, which includes a swing, music, electrical outlets, concrete pad and fire pit (wood included) for your enjoyment. The yard is near my boarding kennel so there maybe a few dogs that your dog can see but not interact with. As the weather improves we will add some marked on leash walking trails. All dogs entering the property must be on leash until you are in the fenced area.
