We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Over 1/4 acre of fenced in farm lot to explore! Wildlife viewing! Giant oaks and tall grasses! More smells than a hound can handle! Hope you like sticks! We have lots! Digging area! Puppy pools! Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.

Large meadow with a small pond snuggled up next to it. Surrounded by oaks populated with birdsongs and squirrels. This paradise sits peacefully across the street from a sleepy public dock and boat ramp.

Fully Fenced in. Corn hole available to play. Fire area. Two German shepherds next door that do occasionally come to the fence. I have a German Shepherd who would remain in the house.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
