Welcome to our slice of heaven. Let your dogs run around our front yard, play fetch and enjoy the views of the mountain or cool off by swimming in our salt water pool! If you have more than 3 guests(humans) please purchase our add on for swimming. No leashes necessary. Help yourself to the chairs. If you come hungry we can also have some fresh home made sourdough bread ready for you to eat as an add on. Note: the pool isn't heated so bring towels for your exhausted dogs on the ride home. Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Hello! We have fresh grass arriving this weekend! We have a HUGE FENCED backyard with a beautiful view of the woods and country living ! It's almost 500sq feet and being extended weekly! Bermuda grass, tons of toys and fun and fencing is equipped for dogs up to 80 pounds. Cameras on site to be sure your pup is kept safe

Come let your pup explore the great outdoors on Bon Air Mountain! This private 3 acre partially fenced doggy oasis offers woods, a field, tall and short grass all free from harmful chemicals and painful pavement! The barn located on the property offers a unique sniffing experience for your pup or shelter from a pop up rain. Indoor facilities are available for humans, as well as a fire pit located on the property. Pup play area is highlighted in photos!

Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

Our side yard is fenced in and ready for doggies and their people. We have a kiddie pool for warm/hot days, balls, ropes, water bowls, poop bags for waste disposal, water hose available and dog towels. The front yard can be used for play if more space is needed, please clean up waste. Happy play time!

Come visit our beautiful spot out in the historical Cumberland Homesteads! Set on 20 acres, your fur babies will be able to run and play to their heart's content! This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall/winter months, enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!

Set far back away from any traffic or roads. Right off Hwy 111 and a quick drive from Livingston or Cookeville. Beautiful greenery that is well maintained. We have 2 hammocks and a bohemian swing hung from a shady tree. 2 lounge chairs with attached trays and a shade blocker above your head. Snacks & drinks are offered here at an affordable price. We have a trail that leads to a creek with a cozy little bench to sit on while enjoying the nature all around you. We also have a fire pit that can be used to enjoy the country air. We’ve got 25 acres here Donkeys and chickens live in the front half. We’ve got 8 dogs - best breed EVER: RESCUE 😎🤘🏻 Back of property is beautiful…pond. Trails. Fully fenced in backyard. Entrance is a gate that’s easily accessible. Upon booking there is a back door with a bathroom and washroom for your dog. We will provide water bottles for our guests and some snacks. There is dog bowls out back under a shaded gazebo.

I have a good sized fenced in backyard that is a good spot for your pups to run! It connects to a driveway in my backyard that opens up to the fenced area so if you’re someone that loves their privacy- you don’t have to speak to anyone. Just let your pup out to play for the reserved time and no one will bother you 😊 I ask that you pick up wastes after your pup, but I always double check before guests come over to make sure the area is clean for you! I hope I get to meet some new fur friends soon!

The outdoor play area of our facility is available for Sniffspot guests. Please park around the back side of the building by following the white vinyl fence. Please enter the gate featuring a designated "Sniffspot" sign. The building will be locked, and there is active video surveillance. Please make sure the gate is closed when you leave. For on OR off leash fun!

there are 2 ways to get to this 5 acre field. there is nothing but trees a pond, rolling hills, mostle fenced in. there were horses that stayed in that field but hasnt been really touched in 6 years, other than bush hogging at least every other year. you can also access this property from center point acres road. you can pull in and close the gate behind you. its beautiful back there. the pond isnt knee deep. I put catfish in it to clean it up a bit but it wasnt deep enough. my dogs walk right thru it...lol

Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.
