In answering all these questions I realized I might need to get a permit from the City of Garland which is one of the reasons why I will not open for several weeks but I will keep my profile updated. Outside of starting and not for profit equestrian farm for horses that for whatever views or what have you this is the next best thing. Last but not least, I personally am a extreme believer in my boys health when it comes to the yard. Not only for their safety but they're inside and outside dogs so whatever they walk on they bring it to my house which I'll just leave it at that. I hope this isn't too long as I do have a HUGE issue with being brief but I prefer to put everything on the table at the front end versus the back end. I am a very honest direct person can I help you be the same way with me. Buccee’s gas station ,stores and restaurants are less than 3 miles away and 5 minutes to I-30 hwy. Weather can range from 5 to 10 degrees cooler. Also if you do grill please leave recycled item in trash bin and food trash if you could please take it with you. Due to animals that come in the night. You are welcome to bring your own chairs and water for your dog(s) as there are a couple of bowls on property to put water in. So enjoy my sniff spot that I love to share with YA’LL.
